NYPD parade permit rules

In February 2007 in New York a rule was published that any public gathering with more than 50 people requires a permit from the NYPD. [1] The March 2007 Critical Mass was the first ride which was held under the new rule.
Film

Thirty cameras filmed the mass while the ride and documented the clash with the police. Among other things a 360 degree video camera bike was used to generate special effects.
